If you are having problems with accessing the site, videos buffering or getting error codes – here are a few things you can try to resolve them:
- Clear your cache and restart your browser
- Try a different browser (the most common are Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox)
- Try an Incognito or Private Window (this can help rule out problems with cache or browser extensions)
- Try restarting your device
- If you have one available, try a different device
- If possible, try a different internet connection (such as switching between WiFi and mobile data)
If you have tried all of the above, we will try to reproduce your issue at our end. Please email us with a description of the issue you are experiencing and tell us which browser and device you are using. If possible, a screenshot can be really helpful for us to see exactly what is happening.
