How long will my course be available?
Our courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Once you have purchased any of our online classes, you will have indefinite access to them.
Can I watch the course more than once?
Yes! You can watch your courses as many times as you wish. You can pause, rewind and watch individual lessons again and again. You can also track your progress throughout.
I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still buy a course?
Yes absolutely. PayPal is simply our payment processor but you do not need an account with PayPal. You can either pay by Debit/Credit Card or you can choose to setup or login to a PayPal Account – it’s up to you!
How do I buy a class if I am not in the UK?
You can buy a class from anywhere in the world. You will pay in your own currency and our payment processor will convert it into GBP at our end. This applies whether you are paying by Paypal Account or Debit/Credit Card.
How do I access a class after I buy it?
How do I access the free learn to sew course?
In order to access our free Learn To Sew course you still need to go through the checkout process, even though there will be no charge. This will set up your own personal account with us so you can access your classes at any time.
Can I try out a class before purchasing?
Yes, we provide a full list of lessons for each course so you can see exactly what we cover. Click on any lesson marked ‘SAMPLE LESSON’ to watch for free.
What if the course isn’t what I was looking for?
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee if the class is not suitable for whatever reason.
Will there be downloads with the class and where can I access them?
What should I do if I can’t log in to my account?
If you are unable to log into your account it may be best to start by checking you are using the correct email address and resetting your password. If after doing these things you still cannot login, please message us at email@example.com and we can help you.
How do I ask questions during a class?
You will find a ‘Post a comment’ area at the bottom of each lesson and module. You can post your question there where others can benefit from seeing your question and our response. Alternatively, we can be contacted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are the machine classes applicable to any machine, not just the ones you use?
Absolutely! Most of what we cover is applicable to all machine brands and models – however we make sure to tell you where and how other machines could differ. We also advise you when to pause and consult your user manual to check for specific instructions.
Do your courses come with kits?
Our classes do not come with kits and you will need to provide all of your own materials and supplies. All classes do come with full video instructions, including cutting requirements and patterns where applicable.
Do you offer a subscription service?
No. We prefer to let you pay only for the classes you need.
